Refer an RN

You earn $500 — your referred nurse earns $250

Refer an LPN

You earn $250 — your referred nurse earns $150

Refer a CNA/HHA

You earn $200 — your referred aide earns $100

Program Rules

New hire must work 80 hours within 60 days of their first shift.
Referring team member must stay in compliance through the entire term.
New hire must be in full compliance before working their first shift and stay compliant through the 60-day bonus period.
Both the referring employee and the new hire must be active employees at the time of bonus payout.
